New User Registration!

You must be a member of Local 38 to register for this website.

After you have selected a Department, you must use the next menu to select your working craft(s) within that Department. To select more than one craft, hold down the Control or Command key to select multiples.

If you do not select a craft within your department, you will not be included in the film roster.

FOR INSTANCE: If you are a rigging grip, after you select the Grip Department, you will be provided a menu in which you will be able to select "rigging grip." If you want to select another craft, say, "dolly grip," hold down the Control or Command key to highlight and select additional crafts within your department. All of your choices will become checked or highlighted.

If you use Mac, hold down the the Apple (command) key. On PC, Use the Control key.

Mobile users will be provided a scrolling menu that allows you to select multiple crafts.

Film Technicians must have at least 30 days experience on union features or TV, in crafts that they select. Be prepared to provide documentation.

Theatrical stagehands should enter "Stagecraft" in the "Primary Department" field.

Medical Department workers must have documentation on file with the office for their selected crafts.

Once you have registered, you can make changes to your address, email, and phone number. Because your Department and Crafts require verification by the office, those fields are non-user editable. To add or delete crafts after your activation, you must contact the office.
